Seabed Services AS has two Argus Remote Systems ROVs, respectively the Argus Mariner and Buster MK 2. Both of these are inspection ROVs although the Argus Mariner may be used for lighter construction work. The systems comprise 1-3 10' containers and can therefore be moved both quickly and efficiently. Both systems have an independent power supply, if the operational area demands this. The systems are operated by ROV pilots who possess wide-ranging experience of the offshore subsea sector.

In respect of dredging operations, an ROV survey of the relevant area is of great value. This will achieve a visual basis of comparison for the area, before and after dredging, as well as verifying that the area contains no significant obstacles.
