Seabed Services AS has developed a revolutionary new method of environmental dredging. The work platform, SCV¹⁾ Alpha MK 3 was developed out of the company’s expertise in hydraulics and ROV technology. In brief, the equipment works by creating a vacuum between itself and the seabed, preventing the unwanted dissipation of contaminated elements from the water column into other areas during operation. This makes the technology extremely cost-effective and environmentally-friendly. Other standard equipment is the GPS²⁾, HD³⁾ camera, HPR⁴⁾- system and depth sensor.
